I specialize in working with children.  I also work with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues that occur across the lifespan, providing services for children and young adults that range from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support and beyond.  My approach is primarily cognitive behavioral and solution-focused, but I am trained to draw on a variety of theoretical approaches to help clients. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
